FRANKLIN COUNTY: Weekly Construction Update

WEEK OF DECEMBER 6, 2020

DELAWARE, Ohio (Thursday, December 3, 2020) - The following construction projects are anticipated to affect highways in Franklin County next week. All outlined work is weather permitting.

I-71_Small

Interstate 71 (North Side)

NEW IMPACTS

  • The I-71 southbound ramp to I-270 westbound will close overnight (10 p.m. - 5 a.m.) on Tuesday, December 8 and Wednesday, December 9.
    • Detour: I-71 southbound to SR 161 eastbound to I-71 northbound I-270 westbound.
  • The I-71 northbound ramp to I-270 westbound will close overnight (10 p.m. - 5 a.m.) on Wednesday, December 9.
    • Detour: I-270 eastbound to Cleveland Ave. to I-270 westbound.
  • The Polaris Parkway (SR 750) eastbound ramp to I-71 southbound will close overnight (8 p.m. - 5 a.m.) on Wednesday, December 9.
    • Detour: Cleveland Ave. to I-270 westbound to I-71 southbound. 
  • Interstate 71 southbound between Polaris Parkway and I-270 will have overnight lane restrictions (10 p.m. - 5a.m.) on Wednesday, December 9.
