BUTLER COUNTY: Weekly Construction Update

Through the week ending December 5, 2020: The following traffic advisory includes restrictions on the state highway system in Butler County. All work will be contingent upon the weather. NEW IMPACTS

I-75 Sign Replacement - Single-lane closure on I-75 at the Tylersville Road overpass on Tuesday, Dec. 1, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Traffic will be maintained.

I-75/Tylersville Road Bridge Deck Replacement - Single and triple-lane closures in effect on I-75 North and South on alternating nights, from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. the following day, Monday-Friday, Nov. 30-Dec. 4.

CONTINUING IMPACTS

C.R. 20 (Tylersville Road) Bridge Deck Replacement - Replacing the deck and parapet walls on the I-75 overpass structure. Tylersville Road may be subject to intermittent single-lane closures in either direction; however, traffic will be maintained through the construction zone. Completion of the entire project is scheduled for June 2021.

C.R. 24 (Jacksonburg Road) Roundabout – The north leg of Jacksonburg Road is closed at the intersection with S.R. 73. The closure will be in effect through early June, 2021, and traffic will be detoured by way of Wayne Madison and Howe roads.

S.R. 73 Roundabout Construction - At the intersection with Jacksonburg Road. Trucks will be entering and exiting the work site, and motorists may encounter periodic delays. S.R. 73 may be subject to single-lane restrictions daily from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.; however, traffic will be maintained by flaggers as needed. Completion is scheduled for Summer 2021.

NEW IMPACTS

S.R. 130 Pavement Repair - At multiple locations on S.R. 130. Traffic will be maintained by flaggers and/or arrow boards.

S.R. 747 Shoulder Reconditioning - Between Kyles Station and Millikin roads. Traffic will be maintained by flaggers and/or arrow boards.

U.S. 27 Vegetation Control - Between the Hamilton County line and Millville. Traffic will be maintained by arrow boards and/or traffic cones.
