BUTLER COUNTY: Weekly Construction Update
Through the week ending September 5, 2020: The following traffic advisory includes restrictions on the state highway system in Butler County. All work will be contingent upon the weather. I-75/Tylersville Bridge Rehabilitation - I-75 North will be subject to single-lane closures at the Tylersville Road overpass Monday, August 31, from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. Tuesday, September 1. |
CONTINUING IMPACTS
C.R. 20 (Tylersville Road) Bridge Deck Replacement - Replace the deck and parapet walls on the I-75 overpass structure. Traffic on Tylersville Road will be maintained in a minimum of one lane in each direction during Phase 1; I-75 may be subject to intermittent lane closures at the overpass during overnight hours. Completion is scheduled for June 2021.
C.R. 24 (Jacksonburg Road) Roundabout – The south leg of Jacksonburg Road will is closed at the intersection with S.R. 73. The closure will be in effect through late October, and traffic will be detoured by way of Morganthaler Road, Riverside Drive, Hamilton Trenton and Wayne Madison roads.
S.R. 73 Roundabout Construction - At the intersection with Jacksonburg Road. Single-lane restrictions will be in effect on S.R. 73 daily from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and traffic will be maintained by flaggers. Completion is scheduled for Summer 2021.
S.R. 129 Resurfacing - Between the village of Millville and the city of Hamilton. One lane of traffic will be maintained with flaggers between 7 p.m. and 3 p.m., with both lanes open to traffic from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. The project is scheduled for completion in Fall 2020.
NEW IMPACTS
C.R. 19 (Cin-Day Road) Slide Repair - Landslide remediation along the ramp from Cin-Day Road to I-75 North. Traffic is being maintained with barrels and/or arrow boards.
S.R. 122 Building Demolition - Single-lane restriction between Michael and Hursh roads Monday, Aug. 31 through Friday, Sept. 11. Traffic will be maintained with flaggers daily from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
S.R. 130 & S.R. 744 Pavement Repairs - On S.R. 130, between Lanes Mill Road and S.R. 177, and S.R. 744, between Waynes Trace Road and S.R. 503. Traffic will be maintained with arrow boards and/or flaggers.
S.R. 748 Resurfacing - Between S.R. 126 and S.R. 129. Traffic will be maintained with arrow boards and/or flaggers during working hours, from approximately 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily. Completion is scheduled for early fall of 2020.
