FAIRFIELD COUNTY: Weekly Construction Update

Week of 8/31/2020

Jacksontown, Ohio (Thursday, August 27, 2020) - The following construction projects are anticipated to affect highways in Fairfield County. All outlined work is weather permitting.

State Route 256

State Route 256 culvert work between State Route 13 and State Route 664 - SR 256 is scheduled to close for a culvert replacement at the intersection of SR 664 and Thornville Road and culvert repairs at multiple locations between SR 13 and SR 664. 

  • New impacts: SR 256 is scheduled to close on Monday, August 31. Estimated completion is Friday, September 4. Detour: SR 664 SB to US 22 EB to SR 13 NB and reverse.
