Butler County: Resurfacing Project on S.R. 748 Slated To Begin

S.R. 748 Resurfacing To Begin This Week

Butler County (Monday, August 3, 2020) – A resurfacing project is set to begin on state Route 748 in Butler County this week.

On Wednesday, August 5, contractors for the Ohio Department of Transportation will start pavement repairs and resurfacing on S.R. 748 between S.R. 126 and S.R. 129.

Various lane closures will be in place daily from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m., and traffic will be maintained with flaggers through approximately mid-September. 

Barrett Paving Materials, Inc., was awarded a contract for approximately $1.3 million, and all work associated with the entire project is scheduled for completion in early October.
