WARREN COUNTY: Weekly Construction Update
Through the week ending August 8, 2020: The following traffic advisory includes restrictions on the state highway system in Warren County. All work will be contingent upon the weather. CONTINUING IMPACTS
S.R. 48 Bridge Rehabilitation - Over the Little Miami River near the corporation limit of South Lebanon. S.R. 48 is closed through mid-August. Traffic will be detoured via U.S. 22, S.R. 123 and I-71.
S.R. 73 Bridge Rehabilitation - Single-lane restrictions in either direction over Caesar Creek, between Furnas Oglesby and Oregonia roads. The Perimeter Hiking Trail is closed through November 2020, as well as intermittent closures of the Buckeye Hiking Trail throughout the duration of the project. All work is scheduled to be completed in the fall of 2020.
S.R. 73 Resurfacing - Paving operations between Harveysburg and the Clinton County line. Traffic will be maintained with flaggers during hours of operation, from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. The project is scheduled to be completed in mid-fall.
I-75 Sweeping - Sweeping through Warren and Butler counties. Single-lane closures will be in effect in a moving operation during daytime, working hours.
NEW IMPACTS
S.R. 63 Culvert Replacement - On S.R. 63, just east of Union Road and the corporation limit of Monroe. From August 2 through 7, crews will be working nightly from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m., and traffic will be maintained with flaggers and/or arrow boards.
S.R. 63 Pavement Repair - At the on-ramp from S.R. 63 to I-75 South. Traffic will be maintained with arrow boards and/or barrels.
S.R. 73 & U.S. 42 Vegetation Clearing – On S.R. 73, between Corwin and Harveysburg roads, and on U.S. 42, between Mason and Lebanon. Traffic will be maintained with arrow boards, barrels and/or flaggers.
S.R. 123 Culvert Replacement - Just north of S.R. 28, between Watkins Bowman and Carter Howell roads. The route is closed through August 21, and traffic is being detoured via S.R. 28 and S.R. 132.
