New Philadelphia, Ohio (June 11, 2020) -The following construction projects are anticipated to affect highways in Holmes County next week. All outlined work is weather permitting.

State Route 39 Intersection Improvement Project Update:
Please see updates below for County Road 77 and Township Road 367
State Route 39 intersection improvement project: Project located east of Berlin at the SR 39/Township Road 367/County Road 77 intersection, near Hiland High School. Traffic maintained via flagging when necessary.
Closure information for CR 77 and TR 367:

CR 77 closure ***NEW INFORMATION***
- Road set to reopen Thursday, June 18, 2020
- Detour: SR 39 west to U.S. 62, U.S. 62 north back to CR 77, and reverse

TR 367 ***NEW INFORMATION***
- 45 day closure to begin Thursday, June 18
- Detour: SR 39 west to CR 120, CR 120 south back to TR 367, and reverse
Project completion date: October 31, 2020.

The following projects are ongoing in Holmes County
 |

U.S. Route 62
U.S. 62 to close west of Killbuck: Beginning Friday, June 5, U.S. 62 will close west of Killbuck for 21 days in order for ODOT crews to replace a culvert. Detour is SR 205 north to SR 514, SR 514 south to SR 520, SR 520 east back to U.S. 62, and reverse. Completion date: June 26, 2020.

State Route 83 resurfacing project: This project includes the resurfacing of SR 83 from the Holmes/Coshocton County line to U.S. 62 and from the Millersburg Corp. limit to Holmesville. This project also includes the resurfacing of SR 39 in Millersburg from SR 83 to the west Corp. limit. Traffic maintained via flaggers throughout the project. Completion date: September 30, 2020.
State Route 754 resurfacing project: SR 754 resurfacing from SR 39 to SR 514. Traffic maintained via flaggers. Completion date: October 15, 2020.
