LOGAN COUNTY: Weekly Construction Update

WEEK OF June 1, 2020

SIDNEY, Ohio (Friday, May 29, 2020) – The following construction projects are anticipated to affect state highways in Logan County next week. All outlined work is weather permitting. Visit the ODOT website and OHGO.com for travel updates.

U.S. 33 Bridge construction – U.S. 33 westbound left lane will experience restrictions at SR 708 on Thursday, April 16 through Tuesday, June 30 from 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. for bridge repairs. One 12’ lane will be maintained.

CONTINUING IMPACTS:

State Route 540 Bridge repairs - SR 540  will close at U.S. 33 on Monday, April 13 through Thursday, June 11. All entrance and exit ramps will remain open.

• Detour: traffic going eastbound on SR 540 will take U.S. 33 eastbound then take CR 10 (County Road 10) to U.S. 33 westbound back to SR 540 eastbound.
• Detour: traffic going westbound on SR 540 will take U.S. 33 westbound to U.S. 68 to U.S. 33 eastbound then get on SR 540 west.

State Route 235 Bridge repairs - SR 235 at Township Road will experience a bridge closure and intermittent lane restrictions on Wednesday, April 8 through Wednesday, July 1 from 7 a.m. – 7 a.m. SR 235 southbound left lane will be 12’ wide through the work zone. Lane restrictions may last up to 15 minutes.

State Route 274 Railroad work - SR 274 will close between Railroad Street and Buckeye Street on Tuesday, May 26 through Friday, May 29 from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m.

• Detour: S. 68 to SR 273

State Route 292 Culvert replacement – SR 292 in West Mansfield will close between SR 47 and County Road 26 on Monday, June 1 through Friday, June 5.

• Detour: SR 47 east to SR 739 north to U.S. 31 north to SR 273 west to SR 292 south

UPCOMING IMPACTS:

State Route 720 Bridge repairs – SR 720 will close between County Road 86 and County Road 84 on Monday, June 8 through Tuesday, June 23.

• Detour: SR 65 south to SR 274 east to SR 235 north to SR 720
