Construction To Begin On S.R. 350
Warren County (Monday, May 18, 2020) – Construction for a culvert replacement will begin on state Route 350 in Warren County this month, and the route will be closed for approximately three weeks.
On Tuesday, May 26, contractors for the Ohio Department of Transportation will close S.R. 350 to replace a culvert located at the 1.56-mile marker, between Waynesville and Camp Nixon roads. The closure will be in effect through June 15, and while S.R. 350 is closed, motorists will be detoured by way of S.R. 123 and U.S. 22.
Coopers Excavating was awarded a contract for approximately $275,621 to replace the culvert, as well as a culvert on S.R. 350 near McKibben Road in Clinton County. A schedule to begin construction in Clinton County has yet to be determined; however, all work associated with both projects is scheduled to be completed by late summer.
All work will be contingent upon the weather, and for ongoing traffic, construction and weather-related information throughout the state, please visit www.OHGO.com.
