BUTLER COUNTY: Weekly Construction Update

Through the week ending May 23, 2020: The following traffic advisory includes restrictions on the state highway system in Butler County. All work will be contingent upon the weather. INTERSTATE 75 CONSTRUCTION I-75/Union Centre Boulevard Diverging Diamond Interchange (DDI)  - At the I-75/Union Centre Boulevard interchange by the Butler County Engineer’s Office. Traffic is being maintained at the interchange; however, intermittent periods of closure and/or lane restrictions may be in effect. The project is scheduled for completion in the summer of 2020.

CONTINUING IMPACTS

S.R. 129 Resurfacing - Between the village of Millville and the city of Hamilton. One lane of traffic will be maintained with flaggers between 7 p.m. and 3 p.m., with both lanes open to traffic from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. The project is scheduled for completion in Fall 2020.

NEW IMPACTS

U.S. 27 Culvert Replacement - U.S. 27 will be closed just north of Stillwell Beckett Road May 18 through 22. Motorists will be detoured via S.R. 130, S.R. 177 and S.R. 73.

U.S. 27 Pavement Repair - Between Kirchling Road and the village of Millville. Traffic will be maintained by flaggers.

S.R. 126 Pavement Repair - At locations near Weaver Road and Morgan Ross Road. Traffic will be maintained by flaggers in the respective work zones.

S.R. 744 Pavement Repair - Between S.R. 503 and the community of Jacksonburg. Traffic will be maintained by flaggers.
