S.R. 104 Reopened At Deer Creek Bridge

State Route 104 in Ross County has been reopened at the Deer Creek bridge, between T.R. 131 (Pennyroyal Road) and C.R. 138 (Williamsport Pike), following its closure earlier today due to flooding.
