U.S. 23, S.R. 823 REOPENED AT LUCASVILLE

Both lanes of U.S. 23 South, all four lanes of S.R. 823, and one lane of U.S. 23 North in Scioto County have been reopened at Lucasville following a train derailment along C.R. 55 (Fairground Road).

While emergency crews continue to clear the scene, U.S. 23 is reduced to one lane in the northbound direction just north of S.R. 728.

Motorists are reminded to use additional caution through the area.
