Chillicothe – As part of the Ohio Department of Transportation – District 9’s Planning Department, the district’s Environmental Office is seeking public input for a culvert rehabilitation project on state Route 32 in Adams County.
ADA-32-10.33 (102522) - The proposed project is the rehabilitation of a culvert located at the 10.22-mile marker on S.R. 32, near the intersection with T.R. 2004 (Barry McFarland Road), by lining the existing structure with a cured-in-place concrete liner and placing rock channel protection (RCP) at the outlet of the culvert.
The project will not require any new or temporary right of way, and no homes or businesses will be removed as a result of the project. Currently, a contract is anticipated to be awarded in the fall of 2019, and there should be little to no impact to traffic during construction.
