Second Street Bridge At Portsmouth Reopened

Wednesday, December 26, 2018 -- The Second Street Bridge (S.R. 73) at Portsmouth has been reopened following its closure due to flooding.

The following routes in District 9 remain closed today, December 26, due to flooding:

S.R. 239 between U.S. 52 and S.R. 73/104 at West Portsmouth in Scioto County;
S.R. 73 South/East off-ramp at U.S. 52 near Portsmouth in Scioto County; and
S.R. 650 at the U.S. 52 overpass in the village of Hanging Rock in Lawrence County.

All closures are in effect until further notice.
