Pike-104 Reopened At S.R. 32; Route Closed At S.R. 552
State Route 104 in Pike County has been reopened in both directions at the intersection with S.R. 32 in the community of Jasper following its closure due to an accident.
Although the route is open, the signal at the intersection is in flashing mode, whereby it is flashing red for both S.R. 104 and S.R. 32 traffic and operating as a four-way stop for motorists in all directions.
In addition, S.R. 32 is reduced to one lane in the eastbound direction at the intersection where crews from ODOT’s traffic department will be working to restore the signal. Motorists are reminded to use additional caution through the area while these restrictions remain in place.
Along with these restrictions, S.R. 104 is closed between C.R. 49 (Waverly Gables Road) and S.R. 552 at Waverly due to downed utility lines. The duration of this closure is unknown, and motorists are being detoured via U.S. 23.
