Adams-770 Reopened Following Pavement Work

State Route 770 in Adams County has been reopened to traffic following pavement work as part of a slip repair project.

Contractors for the Ohio Department of Transportation had closed S.R. 770 approximately two miles east of S.R. 247 at Seaman yesterday, May 30, in order to install temporary pavement that will be used to navigate traffic during construction.

Now that the intermediate pavement has been installed, the route is open to one lane, with traffic being maintained by signals that will be used throughout construction.

The entire project is anticipated to be completed in mid-summer.
