ODOT to Auction Facility in Montgomery Co.

 Lebanon, OH (Tuesday, May 22, 2018) The Ohio Department of Transportation is holding a public auction on Thursday, May 24, 2018 at 11:30 a.m. for the sale of excess land located in Montgomery County. Access to the site will be available beginning at 9:30 a.m. for inspection.

The land and auction site is located at the Huffman Dam Outpost located at:

4557 Valley Pike

Dayton, OH

The minimum starting bid is $172,000. A security deposit of $17,200 will be required.

Accompanying the land are the following components:

·         Service garage with seven 12’ by 14’ bay doors

·         40’ by 80’ equipment storage shed

·         61’ diameter salt dome

·         Diesel fuel tank and dispenser

·         Two propane tanks

·         Two above ground plastic storage tanks

·         Chain link fence with gates

·         Pole mounted security lights

·         Office space, kitchen and restroom
