Ohio Former Employee Portal

W-2 Form

As a former State of Ohio employee, you can now access your 2024 W-2 form on the Ohio  Former Employee Portal by navigating as follows: select myPay > Enter your OHID User ID and password, click Sign in > View W-2/W-2c Consent > View Form. A job aid to assist you with questions on how to access your W-2 can be found at View W-2_W-2c Form Job Aid.

If you have not yet consented to obtain your W-2 form electronically, your W-2 form was mailed to your home address on file in myOhio.gov.
