Virgin Pulse becomes Personify Health
For employees and spouses enrolled in the State of Ohio’s medical plan, the wellness program – Take Charge | Live Well – is a vital resource for helping those enrolled members maintain good health or making improvements to their health.
The Take Charge | Live Well program’s third-party administrator, Virgin Pulse, is transitioning to Personify Health. In November 2023 Virgin Pulse merged with Health Comp, and earlier this year the companies announced their new brand: Personify Health.
The good news: You’ll continue to interact with the same health and wellbeing specialists and receive strong customer service from the same team who have been supporting the Take Charge | Live Well program for the past three years.
A new logo: You may have noticed the new Personify Health logo. The logo has appeared in recent emails and webinar presentations.

What to expect in the coming weeks:
December 9: Enrolled members will be migrated to the new Personify Health realm and will be logged out and asked to log in and reauthenticate in the web and mobile platforms. After reauthenticating, members will begin redirecting from IAm.VirginPulse.com to Login.PersonifyHealth.com.
December 16: The new Personify Health mobile app will be available in the Apple and Google app stores.
January 1: The Personify Health website and mobile app will be fully rebranded.
