W-2s now available on myOhio

You can access your 2023 W-2 form on myOhio by navigating as follows: My Workspace > Self Service > myPay > View W-2/W-2c Forms > View Form.

If you have not yet consented to obtain your W-2 form electronically, your W-2 form was mailed to your home address on file in myOhio.gov. To quickly and easily access your W-2 forms electronically in the future, you can consent by indicating your preference on myOhio at the following path: My Workspace > myPay > View W-2/W-2c Consent.
