New online BMV services

Governor Mike DeWine and Lt. Governor Jon Husted recently announced new online services aimed at improving the Bureau of Motor Vehicles customer experience and significantly reducing the number of reasons Ohioans have to stand in line at a BMV site.

BMV services

Among the many upgraded services, Ohioans can renew their driver’s license or identification card easily and conveniently online. To renew a driver’s license or identification card, Ohioans can log in through the state’s OH|ID system, which was developed by the InnovateOhio Platform that offers a secure way for Ohioans and businesses to interact with multiple state agencies and access a variety of programs and services with a single user account.
