Proposed Rules Posted For Public Comment:

Early Care and Education Training Rules

DCY is proposing changes to the following rules:   

(Rescind/New) OAC 5180:2-12-10, 2-13-10, 2-14-03, and 2-18-08
(New) OAC 5180:2-19-02 and 5180:2-20-04
(Rescinded) OAC 5180-32-03 and 5180-37-04

These rules are open for comment beginning March 22, 2026 through July 6, 2026.
