Proposed Rules Posted For Public Comment:

Amending and Renumbering Background Check Rules 5180:2-5-09.1 and 5180:2-47-11.1

DCY is proposing changes to the following rules as a result of enacted legislation:   

(New) OAC 5180:1-47-11.1 and 5180:4-5-09.1
(Rescinded) OAC 5180:2-5-09.1 and 5180:2-47-11.1

These rules are open for comment between March 10, 2025 and March 17, 2025.
