Notice of Public Rules Hearing

In accordance with Chapter 119 of the Revised Code (R.C.), the Director of the Ohio Department of Health announces a Public Hearing at the date and time listed above to hear comments regarding the following action:
3747 - Ohio Low-Level Radioactive Waste Facility Development Authority
This rule package is outdated and the rules are no longer in use. The Ohio Low-Level Radioactive Waste Facility Development Authority no longer is in existence. The package is being rescinded.
Hearing and Contact Information:
In accordance with ORC Section 119.03 (D), any such person affected by the proposed action may appear and be heard. Any such person may be represented by an attorney, present with their positions, arguments, or contentions orally or in writing, may offer witnesses, and may present evidence tending to show that the proposed rule, if adopted or effectuated, will be unreasonable or unlawful. To aid in organizing the meeting, any persons intending to testify at the Public Hearing or planning to observe are encouraged to email Alicyn.Carrel@odh.ohio.gov immediately. The public hearing is open to the public and will be held in-person in Basement Training Room A at 35 E. Chestnut Street, Columbus, Ohio on February 25, 2025 at 12:30pm.
Please include in the subject of your email – TESTIFYING IN PUBLIC HEARING and the DATE of the Public
Hearing in which you are testifying.
