Tonight, Columbus City Council will consider and vote on a zoning code and map update proposal for the S.R. 161/E. Dublin-Granville Road corridor.
This proposal applies the newly adopted zoning designations from Zone In Columbus Phase One to properties located between Ponderosa Drive and Sinclair Road. The update reflects the community's values and aspirations and aligns with modern standards to better support current and future needs in the area.
