To ensure that the City of Columbus is able to deposit your 2024 Employer Contribution funds into your HSA account as outlined by your collective bargaining unit or ordinance group, please be sure to open your HSA account with CME no later than December 1, 2024. |

2025 High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) Open Enrollment
The 2025 HDHP Open Enrollment will run starting October 28, 2024 - November 30, 2024.To complete enrollment, make changes to your current HDHP plan, or to discontinue coverage under the HDHP plan, please visit your member page in Dayforce.
Please ensure you update your HSA election, as the 2024 contribution amount will not automatically rollover to 2025. PPO Open Enrollment will run January 27 - February 28, 2025.

Deadline to Sign up for Experian Credit Monitoring is November 29!
As a precautionary action, the City is offering Experian credit monitoring for all current and prior City of Columbus employees, Franklin County Municipal Court Judges and Franklin County Municipal Court Clerk employees, as well as individuals who may have shared personal identifiable information with the City of Columbus. This service includes credit monitoring by all three credit bureaus, identity theft restoration service with identity theft insurance and dark web monitoring for two years.
Current employees should have received instructions by mail on how to enroll the week of August 5, 2024. If you are a current City of Columbus employee and have not received your Experian Packet in the mail, please contact your City Department HR Officer/Manager.
Prior employees, members of the public, and others who would like coverage are asked to go to https://www.columbus.gov/Services/Cybersecurity call 1-833-918-5161 with the code B129832 by November 29. Service begins upon enrollment.
