2025 High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) Open Enrollment
The 2025 HDHP Open Enrollment will run starting October 28, 2024 to November 30, 2024.To complete enrollment, make changes to your current HDHP plan, or to discontinue coverage under the HDHP plan, please visit your member page in Dayforce.
Please ensure you update your HSA election, as the 2024 contribution amount will not automatically rollover to 2025. PPO Open Enrollment will run January 27 - February 28, 2025.

HACP/MCP Wellness Incentive Program Deadline Approaching
The HACP/MCP Wellness Incentive Program deadline is fast approaching! Make sure to complete your wellness activities by October 31, 2024 to earn your $200 incentive.
Employees in the MCP and HACP ordinance groups (including Fire MCP, Police MCP, and Municipal Courts) that are enrolled in the Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) medical plan or High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) are eligible to participate.
Note: all awarded incentive payouts are subject to taxation.
HACP/MCP Attendance Verification for OhioHealth Programs
Employees in the MCP and HACP ordinance groups enrolled in a city-sponsored medical plan who wish to earn the $200 incentive as part of the 2024 incentivized wellness program must complete two Healthy Columbus activities. Many Healthy Columbus activities in 2024 were provided by OhioHealth. Some of the activities include cooking demonstrations, personal training sessions, healthy lifestyle programs, virtual education sessions, and InBody body composition assessments. To receive credit for the two Healthy Columbus activities, OhioHealth is sending an email to each attendee that asks you to review, complete, and sign an Authorization of Release of Health Information. Completion of this form is essential to earn credit for the two Healthy Columbus activities. Please complete and sign this form by end of business October 25.
NOTE: if you receive an error code such as “Your connection is not private”, this error is normal and you should still proceed with filling out the form.

As we prepare for the upcoming cold and flu season, it's important to prioritize getting your annual flu shot to protect yourself and those around you. Employees covered by a City of Columbus health plan can receive flu shots at no cost during this year's flu season. Flu shot clinics at Columbus Public Health (240 Parsons Ave) will be available on October 30 from 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Flu shot clinics will also offer COVID-19 boosters and pneumonia vaccines as well.
