Construction Activities
Final basin construction:
- Guernsey Avenue and Palmetto Street intersection
- Crescent Drive and S Roys Avenue intersection
Traffic Impacts
- One-lane two-way traffic will be maintained with flaggers, as needed.
Eureka-Freemont
- Water line installation on S Richardson Ave between Wicklow Rd and Fremont St
- Water line installation on S Burgess Ave between Fremont St and Olive St

- Temporary closures will be utilized with signed detours
