Dear Permit Holder,
This is a friendly reminder that street sweeping will take place on Thursday, September 12, and Friday, September 13. Please see posted signs on your street to determine the appropriate side of the street you may legally park, if applicable. The north and east sides of the street will be swept on Thursday, and the south and west sides of the street will be swept on Friday. Be advised that your residential parking permit does NOT exempt you from the street sweeping restriction. All vehicles in violation of the posted restriction will be ticketed and towed. Please see the attached street sweeping flyer for more information.
There has also been a change in our vehicle release policy for impounded vehicles. If you are not the registered owner of the impounded vehicle, you will be required to present a Notarized Authorization of Release Letter in order to obtain access to the vehicle. We encourage you to get this form completed and notarized so you are better prepared if your vehicle is towed. We will no longer release a vehicle to someone sharing the same last name as the vehicle owner without proof of authorization from the owner.
