Have you visited Tuttle Park? Located at 240 W. Oakland Ave. in the University District community north of downtown, this 48-acre park was named after sports writer George C. Tuttle. The popular park has a community center, a pool and a brand-new 12,000-foot skatepark that just opened in 2022.
Tuttle Park also has new basketball courts, a hockey rink, pickleball overlays, tennis courts, ball diamonds, a playground, a pollinator habitat, a paved .6-mile path and picnic tables. It is adjacent to the Olentangy Trail, which makes it convenient to walk or ride your bike. The park is also close to the Olentangy River for boating and fishing access.
