Get to know your 311 Customer Service Center

The members of your 311 Customer Service Center team appreciate the opportunity to engage with residents from across Columbus every day. We are honored to serve you and excited that we have already set a new record with nearly 490,000 customer contacts so far this year. This exceeds the total number of contacts received for all of 2018 by over 55,000! 

311 is a critical part of how the Department of Neighborhoods serves as your front door to the City of Columbus and delivers on Mayor Ginther’s commitment to every neighborhood.
