 MCO Open Enrollment period coming soon!
Employers, Managed Care Organization (MCO) Open Enrollment is coming soon, April 28 - May 23, 2025.
Open enrollment is offered every two years for employers to select from a network of 8 MCOs that manage claim filings and medical care that injured workers need to recover and return to work. No action is required of employers who are satisfied with their current MCO.
 Important program deadline for private employers
On March 31, Drug-Free Safety Program participants must submit an annual report, Claim Impact Reduction Program participants must complete education requirements for their programs. For more info, click here.

BWC recoups nearly $4K after fraud investigation
The Bureau of Workers' Compensation (BWC) was repaid $3,816 in restitution by Dashon Taylor, a Columbus resident, who pleaded guilty to one count of Workers' Compensation Fraud. Learn more on our website.
