BWC is transitioning from e-accounts to OHID. OHID provides one login for various Ohio government online services. BWC will be moving users to OHID in phases, and you'll receive an email notification when your account is ready for transition. Get a head start by creating your OHID account today and enabling 2-step verification for additional security. Then, transfer your BWC e-account to your OHID for continued access to BWC services and a smoother user experience. Remember, you must log in to OHID to submit your yearly true-up report. Visit OHID for BWC Customers for detailed instructions and helpful materials regarding OHID.
In late April and early May, BWC will begin mailing information regarding the Estimated Annual Premium for the policy year beginning July 1, 2024. The letter will include the payroll estimate, installment schedule, and premium information for the next policy year. It will also included an updated certificate of coverage for active policies.
If an employer needs to change any information for the upcoming policy year, please call 1-800-644-6292.
The annual notice is not a bill and installments should not be made upon receiving the notice. An invoice will be mailed on June 1, 2024.
