As of April 29, 2022, the Office of Procurement Services will be rolling out a new user-friendly procure.ohio.gov. Please take a minute to review this information to become more familiar with these changes.
The new site will contain more straightforward navigation and keyword search capabilities to find contact information, learner guides, videos, and job aids, to better serve our customers.
The Office of Procurement Services Homepage
On the new Procurement Services homepage, users will see featured links that allow them to Learn about OhioBuys and view Public Solicitations and Current Contracts.
Below the featured links, the most frequently visited pages within the Procurement Services site are listed.
You will also be able to find the latest news from the Office of Procurement Services. By clicking on the “All News” button in the upper right corner, you can view previously posted updates.
Easier Navigation
The new website is broken down into three sections located on the header throughout the site: Bidders and Suppliers, State and Local Agencies, and About Procurement. You can easily navigate to each section by clicking on top navigation throughout the Procurement Services website.
 Users will be able to access their desired content through content cards. In addition to the sections at the top of the page, you can use the breadcrumbs on the upper left-hand side of the page for easy back-and-forth navigation.
Bidders and Suppliers
This section guides companies interested in doing business with the State of Ohio. Here users can learn how to access and sign up for OhioBuys, explore training, and view public solicitations and contracts in OhioBuys.
State and Local Agencies
For Agency users, this page offers information on using OhioBuys, navigating supplier catalogs, and utilizing access to essential resources and forms. Additionally, users can access the Cooperative Purchasing Program, the Community Rehabilitation Program, and numerous other procurement services.
 A new feature for users is the improved OhioBuys Agency Training section. This area is organized to help users find information on the latest enhancements and training updates, schedules for ongoing training, all training materials, and scheduling office hours.
Users can search through the OhioBuys Agency Training Catalog to find relevant Learner Guides and Job Aids by keyword search throughout the OhioBuys Library.
About Procurement
This section provides all users with direct links to Bidders & Suppliers and Agency training materials. Users can also access specific procurement policies, searchable contacts, and additional procurement-related services.
Procurement Contacts
Contract analysts are listed by both their department and which agencies they serve as contacts. This list also utilizes search functionality.
