Are you missing out? Make sure you are set up in OhioBuys to do Business with the State of Ohio.
There were approximately 270 solicitations conducted through OhioBuys in February 2022 by 14 of the 22 state agencies using the solution. Make sure your company is properly set up in OhioBuys to ensure you can receive notifications about and respond to relevant solicitations.
If your company is not set up, you will not receive notices about opportunities to do business with the State and you may not be prepared to submit responses to solicitations when responses are due.

New Agencies Coming to OhioBuys
As a reminder, the following Agencies will start using OhioBuys in May:
- Department of Aging
- Department of Veterans Services
- Environmental Protection Agency
- Job and Family Services
- Lake Erie Commission
- Department of Medicaid
- Public Utilities Commission

Managing Your Company’s Contacts
As your companies continue to grow and change, we wanted to remind you of the importance of maintaining company contacts that are as up to date as possible in OhioBuys.
As a supplier, it is up to you to make sure that you are removing outdated contact records for users with obsolete or invalid email addresses and those who are no longer with your company. This ensures that users receive the proper notifications and keep your company aware of opportunities to do business with the State.
