Binghamton office closed for repairs

The Board’s Binghamton office remains closed to the public while repairs are made to the building due to flooding that occurred over the summer. During this closure: 

• All hearings are virtual. For information on how to attend your hearing, check your hearing notice or visit the Virtual Hearings page.
• Free telephone and virtual appointments with our Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors or Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSWs) are available. To schedule an appointment with a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor, email VocRehab@wcb.ny.gov, or to schedule an appointment with an LMSW email SocialWorkers@wcb.ny.gov. You can also call the Board's Customer Service line at (844) 337-6301.

We will provide an update to stakeholders once the repairs are complete and the office is open again for in-person appointments. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
