Subject Number 046-1800, the electronic submission mandate for the Request for Further Action by Insurer/Employer (Form RFA-2) takes effect on March 20, 2026. This movement to an electronic submission process is part of the Workers’ Compensation Board’s (Board) larger effort to reduce reliance on paper forms and streamline our processes. In preparation, the Board is hosting free training webinars to ensure you’re familiar with this new electronic submission process.
This will provide a brief overview of the transition, preview how the eForm will be completed, and showcase the simplicity of submitting Form RFA-2 in eCase. Board subject matter experts will be taking questions at the end of the webinar.
