As part of the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board’s (Board’s) efforts to ensure high quality care to injured workers, the Board will be implementing updates to the Official New York Workers’ Compensation Dental Fee Schedule. These updates will ensure fairer compensation to providers, reflect current dental practices, and promote higher-quality care for New York’s injured workers.

To implement the dental fee schedule update in OnBoard, the system requires a reset. All draft prior authorization requests (PARs) from providers and their delegates and draft PAR responses from payer reviewers that are currently in the system will be automatically removed at 6:00 p.m. on November 13, 2025.  

To avoid having to recreate PARs or PAR responses, please finalize and submit any drafts you have in the system before 6:00 p.m. on November 13, 2025. All due dates for PARs due on Thursday, November 13, 2025, will be extended by one business day to Friday, November 14, 2025.
