WEBEX UPDATE REQUIRED! New version of the Webex application for virtual hearings

The New York State Workers' Compensation Board (Board) has upgraded the Webex application used for virtual hearings. Due to this upgrade, attendees using mobile devices to attend virtual hearings may need to update their Webex software prior to attending future hearings. Don’t wait until your next hearing to perform this update! Users can download the new version of the app ahead of time by going to their mobile application store, searching for “Webex”, and selecting the install option. This will avoid delays signing into your next hearing.

If you receive the following “New Webex app is required” message when joining a virtual hearing, select the “Download Now” button to install the updated version of Webex.

You will be directed to your device's mobile application store, where you must download and install the “Webex” application to join your hearing. Please allow time before your scheduled hearing to perform this update.
