IMPORTANT REMINDER: The attorney/representative should advise when an interpreter will be needed at a hearing as well as the claimant’s preferred language when filing the Notice of Retainer and Substitution (Form OC-400) and Employee Claim (Form C-3) for their client. This ensures that when hearings are scheduled, an interpreter is identified, and enough time is allotted for the hearing.
