Preserve your workers’ compensation rights

People who performed rescue, recovery and clean-up at the World Trade Center and other designated sites after the terror attacks of 9/11 may be eligible for workers’ compensation benefits (medical care and lost wages) if they were injured or became ill as a result of that duty. This includes paid employees who are part of the New York workers’ compensation system, and volunteers. Visit wcb.ny.gov/WTC12 for filing information.
