Important form update: Section 32 Waiver Agreement: Claimant Release (Form C-32.1)

The Section 32 Waiver Agreement: Claimant Release (Form C-32.1) was recently updated to reflect the amendments made to Workers’ Compensation Law Section 24(2)(f), that took effect January 1, 2023. Accordingly, beginning October 19, 2024, the Board will no longer accept any C-32.1 forms with a version date before April 1, 2024.
