Attention MoveIT SFTP file exchange users (edi.wcb.ny.gov)

Starting immediately, the MoveIT Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) service platform located at https://edi.wcb.ny.gov will be unavailable until further notice while NYS Information Technology Services (ITS) performs emergency maintenance.

During this maintenance period, you will be unable to access the self-service password reset option. If you need to reset your password during this time, please email WCBCustomerSupport@wcb.ny.gov with your username and business entity. NYS will reset your password and email you the new password.

At this time, we are unable to provide a time-frame for restoration of service. We apologize for any inconvenience, and will let you know as soon as possible when we have an update or when the platform becomes available.
