As a current user of the Board’s MoveIT browser-based HTTPS file exchange platform, located at https://edi.wcb.ny.gov, we wanted to inform you that NYS Information Technology Services (ITS) is performing emergency maintenance. Starting immediately, the HTTPS platform will be unavailable until further notice.
You will not be able to use the HTTPS file exchange platform to submit or retrieve documents during this time. However, the Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) alternative, WinSCP, is available for your use during the maintenance period. Information on WinSCP is available on the Board’s website.
During this maintenance period, you will be unable to access the self-service password reset option. If you need to reset your password during this time, please email WCBCustomerSupport@wcb.ny.gov with your username and business entity. NYS will reset your password and email you the new password.
At this time, we are unable to provide a time-frame for restoration of service. We apologize for any inconvenience, and will let you know as soon as possible when we have an update or when the platform becomes available.
