Revised inpatient rates for John T. Mather Memorial Hospital 1/1/2016 – 12/31/2019

The Office of Health Insurance Programs (OHIP) has calculated revised inpatient rates of reimbursement for John T. Mather Memorial Hospital as a result of rate appeal numbers 700901, 736300, 921401 and C713101, processed by OHIP and approved by the New York State Division of the Budget.

These rates are for the period of January 1, 2016, through December 31, 2019, and have been developed in accordance with section 2807-c of the Public Health Law, as amended by the Health Care Reform Act, and Part 86-1 of the Title 10 (Health) of the Codes, Rules and Regulations of the State of New York. These rates also apply to treatment provided under the Comprehensive Motor Vehicle Reparations Act, Volunteer Firefighters' Benefit Law, and Volunteer Ambulance Workers' Benefit Law.
