Enhanced virtual hearings webpages and resources

The New York State Workers' Compensation Board (Board) is pleased to share enhancements to our virtual hearings webpages and resources. In addition to a new and improved look and revamped information on the virtual hearings webpage and app webpage, a QR code is now available to make joining a hearing using a mobile device quicker and easier than ever!

Simply open the camera on your mobile device, point it at the QR code, and select the link that appears. This will take you to a landing page where you can select how you'd like to attend your hearing, either by browser or by downloading the virtual hearings app for iOS or Android.

Along with webpage and QR code enhancements, a new YouTube video titled Attending Your Workers' Compensation Hearing is now available. This quick video will help you better understand the process of joining a virtual hearing and visualize what it will look like when joining from a mobile device.
