You asked, and we listened! In response to requests from payers, the New York State Workers' Compensation Board (Board) is excited to announce that enhancements to the OnBoard payer dashboard are now available. The Board has added Employer Name and Medication columns to the payer dashboards on prior authorization requests (PARs), allowing users to view this information directly on the dashboard without needing to select each individual PAR, sort by the new columns, and export dashboards with the new columns included.
What will users see on their dashboard?
Workload administrators and Level 1 and Level 2 reviewers will see the following changes on their dashboards:

Workload administrators will see the new columns in the “My Organizations” and “Resolved” tabs.

Level 1 and Level 2 reviewers will see the new columns in the “My PARs” and “Resolved” tabs.

If the PAR is a Medication PAR, the Medication column will show the medication name and strength, if applicable.

For all other PAR types, the Medication column will be blank.
