PAR Search Feature Now Available for Workload Administrators!

Available today, OnBoard includes a new tab, PAR Search, for workload administrators. Workload administrators can search the system for all active and past prior authorization requests (PARs) for which they are serving the role of a workload administrator for their current organization. 

Instructions for using the PAR Search tab are now available on the Workload Administrator - Dashboard Overview webpage. 

Previous Drug Formulary Removal

Beginning on the evening of June 9, 2022, the Drug Formulary application that has been available in read-only mode since March 7, 2022 will no longer be available. Medication PARs completed prior to the launch of OnBoard can be accessed by payers in the case folder in eCase as well as in OnBoard.
