Halloween Participants Needed

We are looking for participants to join us for either our CHILI COOK-OFF or TRUNK or TREAT

You can sign-up for one or the other,  both will be taking place simultaneously at our Halloween Celebration.

Location: 
Crown Heights Park
34 Nassau Rd. 
Poughkeepsie

Cost: 
Participation and Event are free
Tasters will be asked for optional donation and all proceeds will benefit the Braeden Westgate Summer Camp Scholarship Fund

Trunk or Treat Participants:
Trunk or Treat Vehicles will be set up outdoors on the lawn
*Set up 10:30 am - 12:30pm 
*Must be set up by 12:30
*Awards for Best Decorated Vehicles at 3:15pm
*Provide treats or candy for the trick or treaters
*Decorate your vehicle

Chili Cook-off Participants:
Chili Cook-off will take place indoors in the Crown Heights Club House
*Set up 10:30am - 12:30pm
*Must be set up by 12:30pm 
*Awards for Best Tasting Chlli at 3:30pm 
*Awards for Best Decorated Table at 3:30
*Bring your own HOMEMADE, PRE-COOKED, ready to serve chili in your own 5-7 Quart    Roaster or Crock Pot (no canned or store bought chili)
*Bring extension cord
*Bring serving utensils
*Bring your own toppings 
*Bring list of ingredients to post on your table 
*Decorate your table

The Town will provide the following: 
*The town will provide one 6' rectangle table, 2 chairs
*The town will provide 1 electrical outlet (you can bring a multi outlet strip)
*The town will provide small tasting Cups and Utensils
*The town will provide Water Bottles, Hand Sanitizer, Antacids, Napkins
*One participant vehicle parking spot near club house 

Judging will be by "People's Choice" and some special guest judges.
