You can now view your New York State wage and withholding
information from the past ten years through our Web site. The online transcript
provides information your employer reported to New York State, including:
- Employer name and ID number
- Amount of wages
- Amount of state and local taxes withheld
- Tax year
Tax professionals: View
your client’s wage transcripts through your Tax Professional Online Services
account by having your client complete and sign E-ZRep Form TR-2000, Tax Information Access and
Transaction Authorization.
